The Global Citizens’ Initiative (TGCI)** welcomes applications for its annual global citizen online leadership certificate course. This professional development certificate course is intended to build the global citizen leadership skills of young and mid-level development professionals. The course limits the number of people it accepts so we urge you to register now.
Over an eight-week period participants will strengthen their abilities to address urgent development issues in human rights, gender equity, the environment, poverty reduction, good governance, and global peace and justice. All participants will receive access to online expert seminars, tutorials and discussion groups, a content-rich Instructional Guide, and an eBook –Global Citizenship: A Path to Building Identity and Community in a Globalized World. Participants also will have the opportunity to collaborate with their peers from other countries.
